To arrange your free smart meter installations, you are requested to call our metering team directly as a verbal contract is necessary. The team are available Mon - Fri 9-5 on the following telephone number and current option 0333 2029580 (be sure to press option 3)

We provide quotes for all new utility infrastructure and meters for existing/conversions/new build, both single and multiple properties for the following utilities:

The cost of arranging the new connection, and the time it will take to set up, will depend on the complexity of the job (example timescales 4-12 weeks)

The majority of our quotations are free to obtain, such as Gas only, unless there are any pre design costs incurred for example, chargeable Point of Connection applications.

All New Utility works are chargeable. Once we have your details we'll provide you with a quote for the works.

No, you will need to complete the application request and be allocated an account manager before we can produce any costing. We can offer budget costings for multiple properties which are free to obtain and have no obligation for acceptance.
